I cheered for 7 years and now I have had the privilege of coaching athletes myself! Through both experiences, I've developed a passion for connecting with people, encouraging confidence, and helping everyone feel strong and capable in their bodies. My classes are always a fun yet empowering experience and filled with positive energy that leaves everyone feeling their best!
