Classic 50 Full Body
Our Classic 50-minute class offers a complete, full-body workout on the XFormer. This session blends slow, controlled movements with high-intensity intervals to sculpt and tone every major muscle group. Suitable for all levels, you'll leave feeling energized, balanced, and stronger from head to toe.
Core-dio + inDepth Stretch 50
This unique 50-minute combo class gives you the best of both worlds. The first 25 minutes deliver an intense core and cardio-focused workout on the XFormer. The final 25 minutes transition into a deep, restorative stretch sequence.
Lower Body & Obliques
This 50-minute class zeroes in on your legs, glutes, and obliques using the XFormer. Through slow-twitch muscle activation, you'll build lean, strong muscles in your lower half while carving out defined obliques.
Upper Body & Core
Focus on strengthening and defining your arms, shoulders, chest, and core in this targeted 50-minute class. Using the XFormer, you'll perform precise, controlled movements that challenge your upper body and build a strong, stable core.
inTensiFIRE!
This class is designed to push your limits and take your workout to the next level! With faster transitions, increased resistance, and advanced movement patterns on the XFormer, inTensiFIRE! delivers a high-energy, calorie-torching experience. 50 class prerequisite recommended.
inTro to inTension 101
New to inTension or Pilates on the XFormer? This beginner-friendly class walks you through the fundamentals of the XFormer machine and basic movements, so you can feel confident in any of our classes.
